Personal Empowerment Programmes – “Looking at Your Life”

  • Do you feel stuck in a rut or at a loss to know what you’re all about?
  • Do you ever ask yourself:
    • What kind of person am I – who am I?
    • What kind of person do I want to become?
    • What’s important to me?
    • What defines me – what makes me ‘tick’?
    • What do I want to accomplish over my lifetime?
    • What do I want from life?

Through a journey of self discovery, you learn to understand and value your uniqueness and individuality, and to understand and acknowledge all that is and all that has been in your life.

Insights are gained about issues and difficulties that may be holding you back from moving forward or preventing you from realising your full potential.

To live a life that is true for you, and to make the best decisions with regard to that life, it is important that there are clear channels of communication and understanding between your soul, your heart and your mind.

Many clients have been helped by these sessions, gaining clarity, self esteem and life direction – and have some fun along the way!

Counselling –general

Jennifer feels that it’s crucial to provide space within her consultations for clients to discuss their feelings, worries and concerns, as these can have a hugely negative impact upon the individual’s physical and mental wellbeing. Often clients are struggling to cope within the workplace or in relationships and can feel very alone while doing so.

Jennifer is not a psychologist, but by listening and using a combination of techniques including NLP, she is able to successfully help clients gain insight into their specific concerns, cope with crises and develop better ways of living.

Sometimes clients are still dealing with very serious issues such as abuse, rape or addiction, so when necessary she will refer these cases to a psychologist.

Jennifer works with those (including teenagers) concerned with any variety of issues that may be impacting negatively upon their emotional, mental and/or physical wellbeing, and where limiting thoughts, attitudes and beliefs are preventing clients from moving forward in their lives.
